WIMP M/C - Messenger/Courier 

"Where Is My Package?" ™ for Messenger and Couriers is the heart of WIMP. All other logistics applications started with our Messenger/Courier version. Our advanced order entry makes it easier for your customers to put their own jobs into the system. With our street address validation and map integration, misspellings and typos cut back drasticly on 'lost claims' or driving out to a wrong address. Once your customer's printed ticket is attached to the package, bottom half is customer's receipt, a driver with be assigned using our Dispatch Assistant. We look at 12 major categories (distance, weight, direction of travel, late cargo on board, vehicle weight limit, etc.), in the order of importance to you and build a scoring system to assist your dispatching in making a most confident decision. Drivers with smart phone can update the status on a package or change their dead-head address, or sign on/off. No need for the dispatcher to update the Dispatch board when the Drivers and do it for you. When a job is updated, the Driver is moved around the map for the next job the Dispatch Assistant will score. At any level of status change, not just Proof of Delivery, a Customer can automatically get POD by email, text or fax. Accounting next will approve for billing, and the jobs get invoiced and sent to the Customer in their desired format (Excel, Quickbooks, PDF, HTML, or even a hard copy). All Driver Settlement and Salesperson Reconciliation automatically applies to Payable. Processed Payable automatically apply to your Accounting modules.  

 

 

WIMP P/N - Paratransit/NEMT 

"Where Is My Package?" ™ for Paratransit and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) is ideal for those specialized, door-to-door transportation businesses that offer services to people with disabilities that can not otherwise find fixed-route public transportation. Here we also use the chain of custody approach to always know where your patients are. We've also included the ability to upload a recent photo from the drivers smart phone, in case the patient wonders off, you have a current photo, including dress to assist the local authorities.   

 

 

WIMP I/M - Intermodal/Demurrage 

"Where Is My Package?" ™ for Intermodal and Demurrage is ideal for the import/export business. Here we also use the chain of custody approach to always know where your containers are, especially with a late return or missing the last free day at the port eating away directly at your profit. Once you received the paper work, you can scan, fax or email it and attach all paperwork to the job. Next, once the container is cleared of all holds at the rail-yard or port, you can assign someone to deliver it to the Customer or warehouse it for later. Containers that are stored in the warehouse are barcoded to better keep track of inventory. As soon as a Customer needs their product, you will built the outbound shipment with oldest product first to avoid expired product, if an expiration date has been provided. Besides invoicing for inbound and outbound shipments, the system also bills for storage of pallets, provide inventory reporting and alerts you to any approaching deadlines.   

 

 

WIMP O/C - Office/Campus 

"Where Is My Package?" ™ for Office and Campus was developed for security conscious organizations. It is ideal for large company or eductional campuses using their own mailroom. Each package is scanned and assigned to a route. At each route stop, your mail person will scan and record a signature for each package until complete.  

 

 

WIMP A/C - Air Courier 

"Where Is My Package?" ™ for Air Courier and Freight Forwarder is a private package developed to Track a package from shipper to consignee. Once a Customer puts in a job, the dispatcher becomes immediately notified. Once the job is picked up and brought into the distribution center, it is weighed, scanned and assigned to a Consolidation. Flight information is integrated with Pathfinder-xml.com. Next, find an agent in the destination city to pickup at the airport through a Delivery Alert. Your agent can update costs and Proof of Delivery direct into the system. If requested, your Customer will automatically get POD by email, text or fax. Accounting next will then approve for billing, the jobs get invoiced and sent to the Customer in their desired format (Excel, Quickbooks, PDF, HTML, or even a hard copy). All Airline and Agent reconciliation automatically applies to Payable. Processed Payable automatically apply to your Accounting modules.
